Mô tả công việc
Coordinate production work orders and order allocations with merchants and suppliers to ensure materials are provided according to schedules
Work from engineering plans to establish production schedules
Provide input to management regarding any needs to reschedule in case of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions
Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance and process procedures for unreleased products
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in Business or related studies
Minimum 7 years of solid production planning and inventory control experience from garment manufacturing industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant PPC Manager)
Comprehensive knowledge in woven and knit garment production
Excellent command of spoken and written English (knowing Chinese - Mandarin/Putonghua as well will be a strong advantage)
Strong leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and team player
Willing to station in the factory in Phu Tho Province
