Key Roles & Responsibilities
Pitching Project & Planning:
Execute communication campaigns across various sectors: consumer, healthcare, public health, education, etc.
Contribute ideas to build targeted and effective communication campaigns.
Understand client information: business strategy, products, vision, etc.
Project Management and Expertise:
Manage projects with a workload appropriate to the role, while handling media and KOL relations during execution.
Write and edit PR content for press, websites, interviews, feature articles, TV news, etc.
Stay proactive in tracking media trends, researching market insights, and understanding audience behavior.
Monitor and summarize media performance: media coverage, public feedback, etc.
Utilize basic social media tools to support client objectives.
Stakeholders Management:
Organize and manage projects by coordinating with colleagues, vendors, and support units, while keeping project leads updated.
Establish connections with key media outlets and target journalists to ensure appropriate and professional communication.
Requirement
1-2 years of experience in PR/Communications at media agencies or in-house teams, preferably in consumer and healthcare sectors.
Experience working with journalists, media outlets, and KOLs (preferred).
Strong writing and editing skills based on provided information.
Content-oriented mindset with an understanding of the integrated communications landscape.
Ability to conduct and analyze research to identify consumer behavior (both qualitative and quantitative).
Proficient communication in both Vietnamese and English, with bilingual information handling skills.
Capable of multitasking and collaborating across different teams.
