Company Overview:
Smart-link specializes in trading smart hardware products of air conditioners and vacuum cleaners, household electrical appliances, and beauty care devices with a scale of 200 people. Currently in Vietnam, the company is the representative distributing famous brands such as Dreame, Amazfit, Bear and Usmile. Position Overview: The PR Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing the company's public relations strategies. This position is responsible for overseeing PR initiatives for the company as a whole and for each individual brand under our distribution portfolio. The ideal candidate is a creative communicator with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in managing multi-brand PR campaigns and building relationships with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate PR Strategy Develop and implement PR strategies to build and enhance the company's corporate image. Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, responding to media inquiries, and organizing press events. Act as the primary spokesperson for corporate-level communications.
2. Brand-Specific PR Initiatives Collaborate with brand teams to understand unique selling points and align PR activities with individual brand goals. Develop tailored PR campaigns to elevate the profile of each brand in the market. Establish and maintain relationships with brand-specific influencers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders.
3. KOC Management Identify and engage with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) relevant to the company and its brands. Develop strategies to leverage KOCs in promoting brand awareness and driving customer trust. Monitor and analyze KOC content and feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness. Build long-term relationships with KOCs to ensure consistent brand advocacy.
4. PR Content Creation & Management Oversee the creation of compelling press materials, including articles, blog posts, and promotional content. Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels for the company and its brands.
5. PR Event Management Plan and execute events such as product launches, media briefings, and brand activations. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution. 6. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor PR and KOC campaign performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Conduct market and media analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
