Role Overview
Brancher.X is looking for a Senior PR & Communications Executive to support the planning and execution of PR and integrated communication campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
This role is responsible for managing media relations, developing communication materials, coordinating campaign execution, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and media partners. Depending on project requirements, the role may also support Creative IMC campaigns and integrated communication projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Client Servicing & Account Support
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project coordination.
Support client meetings, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on action items.
Understand client objectives and provide recommendations to support campaign effectiveness.
Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations.
2. PR & Communications
Support the planning and execution of PR, media relations, and integrated communication campaigns.
Develop press releases, media pitches, key messages, articles, and other communication materials.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media partners, influencers, and relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate media outreach, press events, interviews, and campaign activities.
Support crisis communication and reputation management projects when required.
Depending on project requirements, participate in Creative IMC and integrated communication campaigns.
3. Project Management
Coordinate with internal teams, including Account, Creative, Planning, Digital, and Production, to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress.
Coordinate with vendors, media partners, influencers, and third-party suppliers.
Monitor campaign quality and proactively resolve project issues.
4. Reporting & Administration
Support proposal development, market research, and presentation materials.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
Coordinate project documentation, contracts, invoices, and payment follow-up with internal teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in PR, Communications, or Integrated Communications, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong experience in media relations, PR campaigns, and communication planning.
Excellent writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong network with journalists, media partners, and influencers is preferred.
Experience working with government agencies, ministries, departments, hospitals, healthcare associations, or other public organizations is a strong advantage.
Experience supporting Creative IMC or integrated communication projects is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
