Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Technical Oversight:
- Manage a team of 10 to 15 workers in charge of pre-accommodation works on the vessel's superstructure, including:
o Oversee the team's work, including fabrication, fitting, and welding for the HVAC system.
o Manage the team's fabrication, fitting, and welding for wall panel and ceiling systems.
o Direct the team's fabrication, fitting, and welding pinning and support for cladding.
2. Quality and Progress Monitoring:
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine or relevant Engineering discipline.
• Experience in:
◦ People management and work organization.
◦ Carpenter works (Woodwork, light panels work, furniture fabrication).
◦ Experience with the HVAC system.
◦ Insulation (rockwool & cladding).
◦ Welding outfitting or piping management.
• Skills & Competencies:
◦ Fluent in spoken and written English.
◦ Computer knowledge and AutoCAD, Aveva basic knowledge.
◦ Careful mindset, focused on the highest quality standard.
