Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Technical Oversight:
• Manage a team of 10 to 15 workers in charge of pre-accommodation works on the vessel's superstructure,
including:
• Oversee the team's work, including fabrication, fitting, and welding for the HVAC system.
• Manage the team's fabrication, fitting, and welding for wall panel and ceiling systems.
• Direct the team's fabrication, fitting, and welding pinning and support for cladding.
2. Quality and Progress Monitoring:
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
