Mô tả công việc

Responsible for commercial support (sales function) :
Handling customer inquiries & complaints
RFQ (Tender) Management & on-line bidding if required
adhoc quotation handling
contract renew
acting as a key customer contact for pricing & coordinate with the subsidiaries of SF & external sources/venders for the scheduling & shipping if needed.
Assist with the subsidiaries of SF & external sources/venders to smoothen the operation if needed.
monthly sales (revenue) report preparation

Yêu cầu

Skills Required:
Knowledge of international trade, transportation & the relevant laws, regulations, process & procedures;
Fluent in written & spoken English;
Mandarin skill will be preferred if have
Experience & Qualifications:
2 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background
which also have the experience in sales admin/key account will be highly considered in first
Key outcomes
Complete customer's inquires timely & accurately
Provide the high-quality service to the clients & whilst keep the reasonable relationship with them.
