Mô tả công việc
- Review hospitality specifications and drawings to generate clear information on quote.
- Generate accurate item descriptions for quote, based on confirmed and identified substitute materials.
- Work with internal engineering to confirm or refine construction concerns and mark these confirmed details on specs to be filed.
- Extract from specification sheets all complicated metal, stone or other buy in items so these components could be sent to suppliers for pricing confirmation.
- Follow-up with US team on pricing and assumptions, then enter all item descriptions with targets into RHH system, alert U.S. team for review and finalization of costs.
* Receipt of modelroom PO.
- Confirm new specs for modelroom are the same as quoted, if not identify differences and advise U.S. team
- Completion of the modelroom, receive feedback on pricing concerns from factory or suppliers and advise U.S. team
* Receipt of production PO.
- New specs after modelroom review, compare and identify differences to last quote and advise U.S. team
- Send final specs, assumptions and targets to factories to have factory do formal quotes, consolidate quotes to send to U.S team to make final decision of factory
- Work with confirmed factory any questions or concerns, resolve directly or work through internal sources

- Read and interpret English written and drawing specifications
- Translate specifications to how we could successfully produce based on assumptions from US team and apply to quote
- Generate solutions to issues and translate to quote descriptions, apply to spec sheets for engineering
- Work with suppliers and factories on component pricing
- working with US team or VN product development, Recommend substitute materials to be identified on quote
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and factories
- Manage several pricing requests at one time
- working with VN Product development, Build a catalogue for metal, stone, glass, hardware and other purchased items
- Compare specification versions and identify differences
- Computer experience, word, excel and ability to learn on RHH system
- At least 5 years working in furniture field.
