Principal Engineer

1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Higher education is a plus.
2. Experience:
• Typically requires a minimum of 9 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 7 years and a master's degree; or a PhD with 4 years' experience; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in setting up manufacturing processes, especially in advanced optics related fields.
3.Special abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability of leading projects, training and coaching people, achieving goals under resource constraints.
• Technical research and report skills.
• English communication is compulsory. Chinese is a plus.
• Work independently with strong character
• Logical, methodical thinking and self-learning motivation
• Results oriented
• Planning and organizing: Establishes a systematic course of action for self and others to assure accomplishment of a specific objective. Determines priorities and allocates time and resources effectively.

• ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC and other statistical methods is a plus
