Design system architecture, and keep enhancement of tech stack and frameworks.
Design, optimize and execute an efficient development process (tasks allocation strategies, code review policies, etc.)
Ensure maintainability, reliability, and extendability of all components across multiple teams (following scrum/agile approach).
Create strong team collaboration, culture with your leadership and management.
Yêu cầu
8+ years in total experience, especially master with Ruby on Rails
Had hands-on experiences being an architect, designing and building ecommerce platforms (B2C or B2B/B2B2C) or similar product.
Had strong capability of technology and solution evaluation.
Solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, deep focus on quality and documentation.
Knowledgeable of cyber security and data privacy.
Great team spirit and solution-oriented attitude.
