Position: Private & Corporate Relation Specialist (North)
Report to: Private & Corporate Relation Manager (North)
Team: Sales
Work Location: Hanoi
JOB SUMMARY:
Be responsible for attaining turnover target according to company business development strategy within assigned area/channel.
Maintain and develop customer network.
Coordinate with Marketing Department to enhance brand image and reputation and increase market share.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning & Projects:
Develop strategic business plans in alignment with company strategic objectives, prepare corporate sales action plan for the year in line with PRVN strategic plan, implement and conduct 3-monthly business reviews, to expand business opportunities and ensure that corporate sales contribute to the achievement of strategic goals.
2. Budgeting & Control:
Provide demand forecast for responsible customer(s), assist in developing annual Traditional Off-Trade budget, deliver assigned sales target, submit estimations of budget required to reach such targets.
3.Key Account Management:
Explore, develop networking and identify potentials in the corporate market, attract new clients, manage company's relationship with customers with an emphasis on developing new business opportunities, in order to achieve corporate sales targets.
4. Business Information & Intelligence:
Keep active watch on market, competition, distribution centers, retailers, and consumer trends, capture any relevant information on the Chatter platform, in order to help ensure PRVN's continuous adaptation to market trends and innovative competition.
5. Animation & Visibility:
Initiate and organize promotional activities, PR and visibility events with the support of Trade Marketing and global guidelines, in order to secure new and renewed corporate sales.
6.Sales Reporting:
Participate in the weekly performance review meeting, in order to contribute valuable information for strategic business decisions and realistic forecasts

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent
At least 3 years in Sales (preferably private & corporate management)
Experience of work in multinational company, 1-2 years' experience in FMCG or related fields is also preferable.
Functional & Leadership Competencies
Fluency in English, computer literacy
Clear understanding of Sales and MKT in Wine and spirit business or related field
Result orientation, excellent and effective negotiation skills, communication, presentation, problem solving
Interpersonal and analytical skills
Business Understanding.
