Join us as a Process Automation and IT Engineer and become a key player in advancing our industrialization capabilities through process automation and IT innovation. You'll lead projects that optimize production, integrate new technologies, and drive sustainable, scalable operations.
What will you do?
Manage industrial projects including localization, transfers, and capacity increases to enhance manufacturing performance
Develop and implement process automation and IT solutions that drive efficiency and quality across operations
Lead coordination of cross-functional teams in procurement, quality, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution
Integrate quality design and design-to-cost methodologies to balance technical excellence with cost efficiency
What are the key skills for success?
Manufacturing Process Optimization - intermediate level; improving production workflows to maximize efficiency and output
Product Data Management - intermediate level; managing technical documentation and data across project lifecycles
Continuous Improvement - developing level; identifying and implementing incremental enhancements to processes
Design-To-Cost - intermediate level; balancing technical requirements with cost constraints during design phases
Quality Control & Inspection - intermediate level; ensuring standards are met throughout production processes
Adaptability - intermediate level; adjusting approaches in dynamic manufacturing environments
Influencing Skills - intermediate level; driving alignment and buy-in across cross-functional stakeholders
What qualifications will make you successful:
5+ years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or related majors
Advanced in PLC programming, Software coding (such as Java/C#/Python/Labview), IT network
Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges independently
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions
Results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering measurable impact and meeting deadlines
Comfort working in fast-paced environments while maintaining adherence to quality and compliance standards
