II-VI INCORPORATED (VIETNAM) is looking for: Process Engineer 2
SALARY PACKAGE: Competitive Salary Package + Excellent Benefits + 2.5 Months Salary Bonus
LOCATION: VSIP1, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
• Provide technical support to production problems in ceramic manufacturing areas.
• Collaborate with other departments such as ADC or Assembly to develop new tools and fixtures for prototype process and product development.
• Ensure machine operate smoothly, collect, and analyze data to improve processes further.
• Work with other engineers in Front End to carry out process development and improvement projects to meet department objectives towards cost saving and quality improvement
Yêu cầu
• Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering in Material Science (Major in Polymer and Composite is prioritized)
• 3+ years applicable experience in manufacturing setting in relation to trouble shooting machine
processing is preferred
• Understanding of technical drawing & technical manual.
• Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and solve production problems effectively and timely manner in production setting.
• Proficient computer skills, experience with MS Office
• Handle special assignments promptly and professionally
• Open communication and problem-solving skills
• Have ability to use English at work with an acceptable level of language proficiency
