We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support and optimize cable extrusion operations in a growing manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring stable production, improving process performance, reducing waste, and supporting new product introductions. Working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams, the successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives while providing hands-on technical support on the shop floor.
• Support daily cable extrusion production and resolve process-related issues.
• Optimize process parameters to improve yield, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), trial runs, and process qualification activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operators and technicians.
Yêu cầu
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Hands-on experience in cable extrusion is required.
• Experience with PVC, XLPE, or LSZH materials is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with SPC, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
