1. Develop, issue, and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working conditions for assigned processes.
2. Optimize process conditions to improve productivity, product quality, and cost efficiency.
3. Prepare periodic reports on process status, progress, and technical improvements for management.
4. Propose improvement ideas and actively participate in technical and continuous improvement projects.
5. Support new product development (NPD), including process setup and optimization.
Yêu cầu
1. Graduated from university with a major in engineering, such as Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
2. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Experience in using AutoCAD and other technical software is an advantage.
5. Proficiency in English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or higher (including the speaking test), or an IELTS score of 5.5 or higher.
