Identify improvement areas based on yield, scrap, efficiency, material consumption analysis
Leading six sigma projects to improve quality and cost (yield, scrap, efficiency, material consumption and process flow)Work with Quality Engineers, Production or related sides to lead six sigma projects
Periodical review & update progress of projects or tasks to managers & related sides
Standardize working methods, processes, flow & materials for production as outcomes of projects
Support Quality Engineers to solve quality issues, reliability failures, technical complaints
Provide support/training on statistical techniques, problem solving methods
Provide inputs on update, building up inspection methods, FMEA over processes, IGI material
Implement other tasks from managers where needed
Yêu cầu
1/ Education: University degree with major in Electronics/ Mechantronics or others related to, especially in Mechanical Engineering.2/ Professional knowledge of:Required:Process assembly experience in industrial, mechanical, electronic field6 sigma problem solving skill, analytical skill, troubleshooting skill
Experience for statistical data analysis (CPK, CP, STDEV, Mean, Variance, hypothesis test, Do
E, etc)Quality control tools such as cause map, 5Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, Poka-yoke, PDCA, 4M+1E, etc
Be familiar with measurement tools & their Rn
R gage analysis
Experience for process parameter windows setting
Understanding of engineering drawing conventions and symbols
Preferred:Six Sigma Green Belt certificate
Statistical software (Minitab or JMP)Experience for tool, jig, equipment adjustment/installation
Experience for Project Management (time, cost, quality, plan, responsibility, etc)3/ Knowledge of foreign languages: Fluent in spoken and written English4/ Professional experience: Minimum 2 years in a Production Engineering, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer position
Strong experienced in process at electronics envirnment is a big advance
