Process Engineer (SMT process + good at English)
*Job Purpose:
A Process Engineer designs, implements, and optimizes manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety, analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions using engineering principles and data analysis.
*Key requirements:
• Development of technological standards, instructions, assembly schemes, route maps, technical level and product quality maps, and other technological documentation.
• Development of progressive technological processes, types of equipment and technological equipment, means of automation, and mechanization.
• Creation of technical tasks for the design of devices, equipment, and special tools provided by a certain technology.
• Calculation of standards of material costs (technical standards of consumption of raw materials, semi-finished products, materials, tools, energy); economic efficiency of the designed technological processes
Yêu cầu
• University degree with related technical major
• At least 2 years of professional relevant working experience in similar role
• Ability to work with technological and design documentation
• Knowledge of labor regulation methods and methods of analyzing labor indicators
• Knowledge of systems and methods of designing production technological processes
• Knowledge of consumables rationing methods
• Good English and Microsoft Offices
• Work experience in 1C system is an advantage
• Proficiency in process simulation software and other relevant tools .
• Knowledge of relevant engineering principles and standards .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
