Work Location: VSIP3 (Ho Chi Minh)
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Manufacturing process, development & improvement
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to support new product and equipment implementation.
- Support process improvement projects, ECO updates, and production documentation control.
- Work with suppliers and
purchasing to qualify new materials and reduce manufacturing cost.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, and process stability.
- Provide technical support, problem solving, and operator training for manufacturing operations.
2. Manufacturing Process Support and Quality control
- Ensure First Article Inspection-FAI completion and maintain process control before mass production.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with ISO, TS, and customer audit requirements.
- Use SPC and quality tools to analyze defects, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis, control limit review, and support MRB and corrective action activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
3. Machine, equipment maintenance & set up
- Create and maintain operation, testing, and measurement programs for new products and process changes.
- Support equipment troubleshooting, calibration, tooling improvement, and machine maintenance activities.
- Monitor process parameters and coordinate spare parts management to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
4. Report and documentation: Maintain technical documentation, support procedure/MSDS translation, and collaborate with IT to improve software systems and data management efficiency.
5. Others: Daily check safety requirements and make sure the operator using and maintaining PPEs properly. as procedure requirement's.
