Job Description
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring the quality of processes across various projects within the company.
- Support the implementation of quality assurance (QA) standards and procedures to maintain compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Participate in reviewing and auditing project documentation, ensuring all processes align with QA best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
- Assist in preparing QA reports, tracking performance metrics, and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Support QA team in conducting training sessions for other departments on quality standards and practices.
Requirements
- Final year students or fresh graduates in Information Technology, Quality Management, or a related field
- Basic understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Can work full-time
