Position Title: Process Quality Engineer
Department: Quality
Reports to: Senior Process Quality Manager
Location: Gentherm Vietnam (Hanam Province, Vietnam
Scope of Position:
• To ensure that all products produced satisfy customerrequirements by creating, maintaining, implementing and monitoring product quality plans, inspection plan
• To implement the quality management systems throughout the Value Stream
To support and cultivate a culture of First-Time Quality, Zero Defects and continuous improvement
Responsibilities (for executives additional: the subordinated departments with the particular functions of the employees):
• To understand customer requirements and translate them in to quality plan
• To ensure products manufactured in the managed value stream are consistently meet both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations
• Create and maintain quality plan and inspection plan including SPC plan
• Handle production line quality issues & stop line when regulations are not being followed
• Lead Root Cause Analysis to define CA/PA for both internal and external quality defects within a cross functional team. Confirm effectiveness of correctives actions
• Lead cross-function team on 8D report and sum up report for customer in timely maner
• Follow rework order till completion
• Assisting in training for quality related issues.
• Update quality standard including failure catalog, inspection standard etc. periodically
• Participation in relevant tasks within APQP Process
• Others as assigned

Education:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
Training/Certifications:
- Refer to the latest version of training matrix
Experience:
• At least +2 years experienced, automative industry is prefered
• Proven record of high level of compliance and quality mind set
