Implement continuous improvement activities specifically tailored for the PCB manufacturing process.
Track and analyze key factory quality metrics, including yield, defect rates, and scrap rates.
Propose and deploy Poka-Yoke (mistake-proofing) and Kaizen solutions to minimize scrap and eliminate rework.
Lead root cause analysis investigations for any technical or quality issues arising within the factory.
Propose Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and systematically follow up to verify the effectiveness of the actions taken.
Provide timely and effective engineering support to customers whenever quality incidents occur.
Participate in initial sample production and machine commissioning stages to guarantee overall quality readiness.
Support and collaborate with cross-functional departments during internal, external, and customer quality audits.
Requirement
Male / Female, Under 40 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar position (PQE, QE, or Process Engineer) within a manufacturing environment. Preferred prior experience working in Electronics, PCB assembly, or the Automotive manufacturing sector.
Fluency in either English or Korean
Proficiency in using CAD software.
Solid knowledge of the 5 Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA.
