Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Process Supervisor (Manufacturing, $1150, ID 21350)
Lead and supervise the Process Validation team.
Plan and execute process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new product introduction (NPI), transfer, and industrialization projects.
Coordinate with Engineering, Equipment, and Project teams to ensure project readiness.
Develop and maintain validation documents, including PFMEA, Process Flow Chart (PFC), DOE, and validation reports.
Monitor machine installation, FAT, trial runs, and Run Rate performance.
Ensure production processes meet quality and productivity requirements before mass production.
Support customer audits and machine/tooling handover.
Drive continuous process improvement and manufacturing optimization.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, or 3-4 years as an Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in electronics, automotive, mechanical, or industrial manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Process Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), DOE, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and MSA.
Hands-on experience with PLC programming and automation systems.
Familiar with HMI, SCADA, robotics, and Lean Manufacturing.
Good at English.
