- Provide technology process solutions for new product projects for Home Personal Care (HPC) industry
- Ensure 5 goals:
1. Minimize quality errors.
2. Minimize costs.
3. Maximize performance.
4. Make sure the product shellife reaches the end of its shelf life.
5. Extend the life of the device.
For all technological processes, production processes of HPC industry.
- Responsible for overseeing the transfer and production activities carried out by the HPC R&D and Projects department.
- Validate all technological processes for the entire HPC industry.
- Synchronizing technological processes to factories in HPC . industry
- Develop existing technological processes, research and anticipate new technologies and apply them to the entire HPC industry.
- Building Technology Platform, Technology Database for the entire HPC industry
Yêu cầu
- Minimum university degree in Mechanical, biotechnology, organic chemistry Engineering or related disciplines.
- At least 7 years of experience working in the field of technology, Project, R&D in Home Personal Care Industry.
- Have at least 2 achievements in technological process improvement, new technological process development or production process cost reduction/improvement projects.
- Proficient in training succession personnel.
