Purpose of the Job
- Running open items with vendor code from in SAP and reset cleared items in SAP
- Post T&E voucher in SAP
- Create payment proposal and process reject payment
- Treat invoice and handle exception : tax, prepayment, overseas, payment test
- Ensure proper internal controls & MICS - are in place such that assets of the company are properly protected, the controls are such that there are no material weaknesses in internal controls in PTP processes
- Communicate with customers in terms of process change and deliver feedback on time
- Assist implementation and standardization of finance projects in BU
- Assist Business service manager to offer the best service and create visible business value for customers from ABI perspective
Accountabilities
1) Regular work:
- Running open items with vendor code from in SAP and reset cleared items in SAP
- Post T&E voucher in SAP
- Create payment proposal and process reject payment
- Treat invoice and handle exception : tax, prepayment, overseas, payment test

- Assist EP project implementation within the team
- Assist implementation and standardization of finance projects in BU
- Assist Business service manager to offer the best service and create visible business value for customers from ABI perspective
2) Customer relationship management:
- To meet the satisfaction of customers through effective communication and assist customers to success
Yêu cầu
Education
- Minimum University Degree
Experience
- 2 years experience in accounting
- Knowledge of SAP is a must
Technical competencies: (Job related)
- Good sense to search new ideas with team to search for business excellence
- Result oriented and team work spirit
- Service oriented mindset
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with key customers and business contacts; Skills for streamlined & integrated organization
- Strong communication and management of daily operation skills
