1. Procurement Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze procurement data, including spending, supplier performance, and sourcing activities.
Prepare procurement reports and insights for management review
Support spending analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.
2. Presentation & Communication
Transform procurement data and ideas into clear and professional presentations
Prepare slides for procurement meetings, management updates, and internal training.
Simplify complex information into visual and easy-to-understand formats.
3. Supplier Audit & Performance Monitoring
Support planning and execution of supplier audits.
Prepare audit checklists, documentation, and audit reports.
Monitor supplier performance and compliance with company standards.
Follow up on corrective action plans with suppliers.
4. Procurement Process Support
Assist procurement team in sourcing projects and supplier evaluations.
Maintain procurement documentation and supplier records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or related fields.
Experience in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, or data analysis.
Good command of English communication.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Ability to present data clearly
Data visualization
