Material planning and procurement of the assigned assortment (including follow-up of timely and sufficient supply, with supplier correspondence)
Developing strong strategic supplier relationships and promoting strategic supplier development
Ensuring commodity prices used in purchase orders are correct supporting cost reduction programs and in compliance with
Purchasing policy & procedures
Analyzing the inventory of each commodity and establishing action plans to prevent and reduce excess and aging inventory
Preparing and submitting weekly and/or monthly key performance index report
Performing other tasks/functions assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, or a related major
One to five years of experience in procurement
Experience in electronic manufacturing companies
Experience in purchasing electronic components and PCB
Team collaboration, effective communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with data integrity, MS Office and ERP systems (SAP)
English communication skills (speaking, listening and writing) are mandatory
Good in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
