Mô tả công việc
- Planning to purchase raw materials and supplies upon the request of the planning department.
- Making contract / purchase order and send to the suppliers.
- Track order progress and importing order plans.
- Find new suppliers, negotiate prices, check quality, support, and delivery terms, for both spot purchases and long-term agreements to evaluate to get the most suitable supplier
- Follow and update information related to suppliers for suppliers' s evaluation.
- Reconcile liabilities with suppliers and make payment requests.
- Expedite of existing purchase order in response of changing of customers
- Report purchasing activities to manager on weekly basis.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu
- University Degree/ College in related fields
- At least two years of experience in the same position
- Good English is a plus
- Proficient in computing and MS Office 365.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Fast learner, Independence, passion for procurement
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good time and tasks management skills.
- Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical/ decision skills.
- At least two years of experience in the same position
