Mô tả công việc
*Reports To (Title): Procurement Assistant Manager (Direct) (Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos)
*Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
*Principal Accountabilities:
• Participate in the market's project planning meeting.
• Ensure compliance through proper supplier onboarding, way of working, and procurement process aligned with procurement policy, and relevant local market policy for each purchase responding to GCM.
• Invite suppliers to join the bidding, send brief and compliant requests to suppliers, and support in performing the due diligence check with local IT and Finance through vendor form.
Communicate with suppliers for all meetings/discussions when appropriate with an accepted standard.
Manage suppliers' relationship over spend category, and segmentation.
• Negotiate with suppliers on cost/terms and conditions for better deals.
• Prepare cost comparison and align with stakeholders/related departments on choosing the right supplier for the project. Communicate with suppliers on bidding results post-bidding.
• Sourcing and checking all the supplier's profiles, and documents to proceed contract.
• Build up and revise the contract before sending it to stakeholders and the Procurement Department for review.
Request for contract review PO approval to relevant approvers through the BAP platform including creating an S2C request for procurement approval with appropriate benefits management methodology.
• In charge of tracking and filing all business projects, contracts/POs, and follow-up for renewal/ termination.
• Deal with suppliers in case any issue/change arises during the contract implementation period. Facilitate dispute resolution, managing and proceeding with supplier evaluation during and after post-project implementation.
• Record projects into Per-Angusta, and bring all pending projects to completion, (46 projects are created annually for Vietnam requiring regular project status update)
• Create and maintain a central contract database for the market where procurement is involved (Contract Repository periodically reviewed with stakeholders)

*Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Essential
• A business degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• Excellent English both written and oral. And fluent in local language.
• Have 1-2 years experienced in purchasing activities
• High initiative/self-starter/proactive and anticipate requirements
• Excellent PC literacy skills - Advanced Word/PowerPoint/Internet/ Excel
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service and conflict handling skills
• Analytical skills
2. Desirable:
• FMCG experience preferred
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and procurement procedures
