Job Description:
1. Order Management:
Conduct contract/PO signing, follow up on accurate delivery, and make on-time payments to the supplier.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met in a timely manner regarding work schedule, quality, price, and delivery.
2. Cost Management:
Drive cost effectiveness by appropriate negotiation.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and delivery.
Conduct regular spending analytics and identify cost opportunities.
3. Supplier Management:
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
Maintain the supplier master database.
Lead supplier performance reviews and development plans. Conducting the monthly/quarterly Business Review with key suppliers.
Conduct market surveys, Evaluate and develop new suppliers.
Ensure supply capacity and capability to business requirement.
4. Data Management & Process Excellence
Build and maintain databases of suppliers, price and cost, project management.
Standardize sourcing methodologies and contract governance across categories.
Build and maintain the cross-functional collaboration: SC, RnD, MKT, Finance, Operation, Factory...

1. Probation time: 2 months (Receive 100% salary during the 2-month probation period).
2. Working time: flexible working hours (From Monday to Friday)
3. Working place: 01 Bach Dang, Tan Son hoa Ward, HCMC

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. University graduated in Supply Chain, Economic or Engineering. Experience ≥ 1 years of
purchasing/SCM, experienced working with the technical department and related experience in the factories of production.
2. Hands-on experience in overseas purchasing and solid understanding of international procurement processes.
3. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier development. Ability to apply cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting for decision-making.
4. Good data analysis and problem-solving skills. Hard-working, meticulous, and able to work under high pressure.
5. Good computer skills, good Word and Excel software skills.
