This is a fully remote role. No visa sponsorship will be provided
* Manage relationships and negotiate pricing, timelines, and production terms with Chinese manufacturers.
* Coordinate with clients throughout the production process.
* Conduct remote quality checks to ensure goods meet client expectations
* Handle end-to-end procurement and fulfilment processes, including sampling, mass production and global shipping.
* Track production timelines, resolve supplier or logistics issues, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on schedule.
* Maintain clear records of production specifications, costing and shipment details.
Yêu cầu
* Fluent spoken and written Chinese for supplier communications
* Business English for internal and external communication
* Prior experience in procurement, sourcing, manufacturing coordination, or a related role.
* Highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
* Interest in anime, comics, gaming, or creator merchandise is a bonus.
* Experience with 1688 and sourcing from China would be a significant advantage
* Experience sourcing plushies, apparel and enamel products or handling IP licensing requirements is a bonus
