Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) is a global leader offering naturally good food & beverage ingredients and solutions. ofi commenced operations in Vietnam in 1997, setting up its representative office. Since then, we have established an extensive presence across different parts of Vietnam, including our head office in Ho Chi Minh City and regional offices in Binh Dinh, Long An, Dong Nai, Phu Yen, Lam Dong and Gia Lai Provinces.
ofi Vietnam is currently the largest exporter of Cashews, Pepper & Instant Coffee in Vietnam, investing in the state-of-the-art instant coffee facility and running 7 large factories with 7,500 employees across Central & South Vietnam. Our operations have an interface with a farmer network of 2 million farmers. We are also amongst the largest exporter of Green Coffee in Vietnam.
We have established sustainability programmers for black pepper, coffee & cashew. We are excited about our prospects in Vietnam as the country has huge potential in agriculture.
Key responsibilities
Get booking from carrier and forwarder for FOB purchase contracts base on Service contracts of Ocean Freight and shipment plan from managers.
Prepare & send shipping instruction to exporter and follow up closely for stuffing schedule and PSS status with QC: no PSS approval & marking approval - no shipment
Check & collect original shipping documents from exporter/
shipper then courier docs to CNEE for receiving cargo on time at destination.
Update Shipment related data entry and prepare Shipping Advice/ Delivery Order
Preparing daily shipment report & weekly, monthly FOB Procurement reports and other reports as per Manager's request.
Checking Ocean Freight invoice & cooperate with Accountant to release payment on time

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Graduation from College or University in logistics, operations, supply chain management, business administration, transportation or similar degree areas.
Experience in import-export industrial not required, will be trained by senior logistic staff for 2-6 months
Skill: Good in English (reading & writing skill) & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc...)
Well-structured, systematic and accurate working style
Good time management skills
Great attention to details
