Job description/ Mô tả công việc
• Receive PR from other departments, make purchasing plan and generate PO on ERP system.
• Ensure PO sent to vendor on time with right information of goods/services, quantity, specification, approved price, delivery method, payment term and delivery time.
• Work with vendor on goods/services, price, delivery time, delivery method and payment term; propose for price and vendor approval according to company's internal process; Ensure goods arrival as per schedule required by other departments;
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of import documents;
• Gather a set of payment documents and send payment request to accountant to make payment for vendor according to company's internal process.
• Seek for and develop new products and services as requested by other departments, sales and production plan.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure delivery schedules are met and handle issues related to shipment, quality, and other arising matters concerning goods and services
• Possesses strong team management and leadership skills..
• Manage capacity of vendors and suggest manager to make appropriate adjustments to meet production plan or change vendor if necessary.
• Follow and predict fluctuations in raw material prices, macro policies affecting import-export and international transportation to consult with manager and relevant departments.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
• Report to manager.
