Procurement & Logistics Intern

About the Role
As a Procurement & Logistics Intern, you will support the senior team in end-to-end sourcing, order management and supply chain operations. Your daily contributions will help streamline our processes and ensure our home décor and household products meet both market and financial goals.
Sourcing & Costing Support:Collect and analyze pricing data from suppliers, assist in preparing comprehensive quotation files and collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure alignment with product requirements.
Order Management & Optimization:Support the placement of purchase orders logically to optimize shipping efficiency and cost, track order confirmation statuses, verify pricing accuracy and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
Logistics & Documentation:Assist in preparing, reviewing, and verifying essential shipping and trade documentation (such as CI, PL, BL, AWB, and EUR1).
Supplier Development:Help expand and maintain the RHA supplier database by researching potential new vendors and supporting ongoing supplier management initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with the finance department to provide accurate, up-to-date documentation and financial figures, ensuring seamless workflows.
Process Improvement & Quality Control:Deliver consistent, high-quality documentation and take the initiative to suggest workflow improvements that drive business performance.
Ad-Hoc Support:Take on additional tasks related to orders, supply chain administration and vendor management as assigned by your line manager.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months relevant field working experience including internship, preferable work experience from international trade, manufacturing export department, merchandising or sourcing.
Bachelor degree major in logistic, supply chain, trade, business administration or English.
Excellent written and speaking English.
Good at Excel, PowerPoint.
Attention to details, sensitive to numbers and careful.
Highly organized and accountable.
Curious to learn new things.
Teamwork and can-do attitude.
The suitable candidate will be expecting to work with the oversea buyers and suppliers for Vietnam/China products-Household/Home Decor/Furniture.
