Purchasing Management
Build effective purchasing processes and guidelines for both domestic and international teams.
Organize bidding, price comparison, and negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and stable quality.
Approve and monitor contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Resolve complaints related to suppliers and product quality.
Supplier & System Management
Build, evaluate, and develop a network of strategic suppliers, especially overseas suppliers.
Regularly review supplier performance, costs, and risks.
Maintain procurement data in ERP/SAP systems; report regularly to the Executive Management Board.
Coordination with Logistics Department
Work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure smooth delivery, transportation, and customs clearance.
Provide complete documentation, ordering details, and delivery terms as required.
Support handling issues related to delivery delays or supplier errors during transportation.
Team Management
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and develop staff capabilities.
Train new staff, support initiatives to improve procurement processes.
Ensure team compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
