Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are timely met in terms of work plans, quality, price, and delivery
Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers, and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and
Purchasing best practice tools and methods
Conduct contract/PO, ensure accuracy of Goods/services delivery, proceed to ensure timely payment process for the Supplier
Ensure the continuous supply of required goods and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations
Conduct Vendor/Supplier Evaluation; Carry out initial site visits to build a greater understanding of supplier capabilities & refine supplier listing. Explore alternative sources for goods and services.
Conduct market survey; Sourcing and Identifying suppliers of goods and services
Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
