Responsibilities:
• Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Use SAP systems to control and follow up procurement activities.
• Take charge MRP calculation: MRP Report Data preparation, PO/ DO release, Delivery management (On time delivery control).
• Assist prior arrangements, special support for production & inventory control.
• Contact with all suppliers to get all relating documents for Logistics' declaration to customs.
• Follow & compare materials' using quantity between BOM & Actual to have correct data for order & delivery control.
• Evaluate Supplier following QCDS monthly.
• Make payment request for suppliers monthly.
• Resolve problem solving within materials' receiving time, materials' using in production line (if any).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Education: University/ College: Specalize in: Business Management/ International Business/ Supply Chain Management
• Kinh nghiệm lĩnh vực/Experience in field:
Purchasing/ Planning for production
• Ky năng-tính cách/Other skills-character: Time Management Skill/ Negotiation Skill/ Careful Person
• Language: English communication and writing. Japanese communication is a plus.
• Be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Have knowledge of procurement operations (supplier development) and at least 01 year of experience as procurement/
purchasing staff.
• Have good analytical, strategic thinking, time management skills.
• Be capable of handling multi-tasks, prioritizing and working with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Be capable of working well with management and staff at all levels.
