Job Description:

User Guide Writing:
- Create user manuals: Write and maintain user guides for end-users, ensuring the documentation is clear and immediately usable.
- User support: Provide support and address user inquiries regarding product usage.
- Gather feedback: Collect user feedback on the guides and improve them based on this feedback.
Support Product Requirements Management:
Gather and analyze requirements: Assist in gathering requirements from customers, stakeholders, and the development team. Participate in meetings to understand needs and expectations.
Document requirements: Record and maintain product requirements, ensuring they are clearly and comprehensively documented.
Work with the development team: Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure they understand the requirements and goals of the features being developed.
Participate in Scrum meetings: Attend daily Scrum meetings, Sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to track progress and resolve emerging issues.
Acceptance testing: Perform acceptance testing to ensure developed features meet the defined acceptance criteria and requirements.
Quality feedback: Record and provide feedback on product quality, helping to ensure the final product meets customer expectations.

Skills and Requirements

Basic Knowledge of Product Management:
- Basic understanding of software development processes and product management.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with stakeholders and the development team.
Listening and analytical skills to understand requirements and expectations.
Ability to write clearly, comprehensively, and accurately.
Effective documentation and user guide writing skills.
