Mô tả công việc
As a Product Compliance Leader, You commit the safety of products to end-users at the best solution of Quality/ Lead time/ Cost
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor customs clearance and declarations lead time to measure the efficiency of 3PL service
• Work with 3PL to ensure all Customs declaration records (including shipping reference number...) are filed in a good system in order to support for future Customs challenges
• Ensure all Customs process / declaration are compliance with applicable import laws and local regulations. Interfacing with Supply team and Retail team for regulatory issues. Externally interfacing with Department of Customs Government Authority Officers.
• Classify HS code & duty rate of import products aligned to products desgin/ function/ standard and compliance with local Regulation. Updating on the Company database.
• Proceed the import license for the products under caterogy of Toy Food Food contact Comestics Nutrition Textile Medical device etc. while working with vendors consultants and intra-company personnel as required.
• Build database for products labelling aligned with local regulation
• Supporting import compliance training and audit programs.
Yêu cầu
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5 years' experience in Import/Export or Logistics industry strong skill of managing 3PLs
• Both import/export in manufacturing and in distribution-retail experience are preferable
• Solid Customs operations knowledge and Import Compliance application law/ regulation
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills Strong communication with internal and external parties
• Initiative turned to tangible result for Continuous improvement/ Operational Excellence through data analysis and value stream mapping
