Mô tả công việc
Collaborate with the R&D team to collect design requirements, such as materials, style, colors, and specifications.
Review design ideas to ensure they can be made and are practical for production.
Work with
designers, technical teams, and suppliers to create product samples and fix sample making issues
Work with the
purchasing team to source fabrics, trims, and other materials that match the design and cost requirements.
Plan and track the development process
Review samples to ensure they meet the design and quality standards.
Research new materials, trends, and technologies to improve future products.
Yêu cầu
3 years of experience in product development, sample development or similar role in the garment/ apparel/footwear/headwear.
Good command in English.
Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production process.
Ability to communicate and convey information clearly and effectively.
Organizational skills, progress monitoring, and time management.
Meticulous, detail-oriented.
