Mô tả công việc
- Design and development of gas related home appliance product from prototype to finished product for release to manufacturing.
- Perform product reliability test to ensure the product quality meet to the standard and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross functional team (marketing, production, quality, procurement) on new product development to ensure project deliverable are within the project scope (schedule, cost, quality & etc) as agreed by the management.
- To work closely with production to ensure on the product manufacturability, reliability and performance within acceptable process capability and cost.
- Prepare and maintain Bill of material for project cost calculation and product fabrication.
- Liaise with service department to define the service parts and generate service manual.
- Ensure all the design documents are well maintained and comply with requirement as required in QMS.
- Continuous support on the cost down activities and quality improvement after the product release to the market.
- Liaise with regulatory parties for product certification and qualification.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or related discipline. Candidate with similar working experience is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge in gas related home appliance product design will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge in mechanical design concept and manufacturing processes and techniques, tooling, machining and metal stamping.
- Knowledge in 2D & 3D design CAD software, preferably AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Understand of geometric tolerance and standard drafting practices, with demonstrated ability to read and interpret BOM, engineering drawing, tool drawings and other manufacturing technical documents.
- Good communication & interpersonal skill, Independent and result oriented, Positive working attitude, willing to work extra hour in order to keep the product development timeline. English communication is good
- Fresh graduates with interest in Mechanical design and exposure to gas home appliance development are welcome to apply.
- Able to work overtime.
