Mô tả công việc
- To develop bundled product that meet the needs of consumers and sales force of multiple distribution channels and ensure the competitiveness VPB SMBC FC's insurance products propositions in the market.
- Take the lead in the product negotiating/dealing/designing with Partners. Develop products' materials, organize product workshops regularly to address product related questions from sales force and enhance their product knowledge.
- Develop targets on Insurance Premiums and NFI for each business unit by product.
- Build up P&L for each insurance product.
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy; develop operating procedures for selling/deploying appropriate products.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager.
Yêu cầu
- University graduate or above, majors in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking or related majors.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in in relevant position of Finance - Banking, Insurance, Consumer Finance such as Product development (bancassurance), Product operation, Performance Management, Portfolio Management...
- Professional in handling the entire sales process, negotiations, reasonable timing and strong motivation to create value for customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese & English.
- Analytical skills, Problem solving skills.
- Excellent sense of prioritization, time management & target oriented.
- Well-organized, careful, self-driven, dynamic and creative.
- Accuracy, pay attention to details.
- Ability to work under high pressure, resolve problems skills and adapt to the new environment.
