Assist the Product Development Executive (Food Packaging Producer) in operational packaging production tasks, tracking sample testing shipments, preparing production proposal decks, cataloging material specifications, and liaising with print vendors. Reporting directly to the Brand Lead.
Production Pipeline Support: Track incoming print proofs and sample packages from manufacturing plants; log and inspect sample specs based on Producer guidelines.
Proposal & Report Preparation: Gather images, material data, and packaging specifications to assemble production proposal slides for new food items.
Vendor Communication Support: Assist in dispatching artwork files, tracking supplier responses, requesting price quotes, and processing Purchase Orders (POs) with domestic and packaging suppliers.
Maintain the food packaging sample library, catalog dieline files, and archive material spec sheets.
Perform administrative production support tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Packaging Design, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality/F&B, or related fields.
Strong interest in physical products, packaging materials, and production workflows.
Basic English proficiency is required (reading technical spec sheets).
Mandarin Chinese language skill is a plus (for assisting with Chinese supplier communications and quote requests).
Proficiency in Figma is a plus (for assembling proposal decks and managing dieline asset libraries).
Meticulous, organized, proactive, and responsible.
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Packaging Design, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality/F&B, or related fields.
