Product Development Specialist

The Product Specialist supports the end-to-end product development process, including product conceptualization, feasibility assessment, preparation of regulatory submission documents, implementation, launch planning, and post-launch support, ensuring products are developed and launched in a timely and compliant manner.
You will participate in all stages of the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product design, implementation, and ongoing product management.

• Propose product features, conduct feasibility assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize product concepts.
• Coordinate the preparation of product documentation (product specifications, summaries, business requirements, etc.) and work with partners to understand their needs and requirements as inputs to the product development process.
• Prepare product materials, including regulatory filing documents, policy terms and conditions, implementation documentation and launch guidelines.
• Support the Line Manager in coordinating with distribution channels and business partners on product development initiatives to ensure successful and timely product launches.
• Develop and recommend business rules, processes, and governance standards for product development activities.
