Product Executive for Adventure

Department - Production Department
Primary Function/Responsibility
1. Products:
- Research on the current products, analyse customer's needs & trends to improve the products of Easia Travel
- Travel for inspection trips(which may include trekking and cycling for up to 15 days)
- Develop new products related to Adventure (trekking, cycling, etc.)
- Verify price & quality of the new products
- Share ideas on how to promote the new activities
- Work with the other departments to make sure all the guidelines are strictly followed
- Provide training to the operation team & sales team
- Update products on the database
- Set up short-term and long-term action plan and report to the production manager
2. In relation with sales:
- Give to the sales when they have special requests and/or a difficult requests from a client
- Support sales with tools to sell products more effectively
3. In relation with Operations:
- Work with operations team to verify the logistic of tours , products & programs
- Make sure that operations team has all the information to brief the guides
4. Quality Follow-up:
- Take action after quality follow-up team report to remove or update products
5. In relation with Contracting:
- Work closely with contracting team & database team to ensure that all the guidelines from the Adventure brand are followed

Monthly Tasks -
+ Create new itinerary & products related to the adventure segment
+ Monitor the existing products
+ Update the database and mare sure that Sales have access the information
+ Create training for several departments in Easia Travel
+ Answer questions from the Sales
