Product Lead - Fleet Management & AI

Dibee is building the next generation of fleet management and fleet services in Vietnam, with ambitions to expand across Southeast Asia.
We started by helping businesses manage fuel payments and related operations. We are now expanding into fleet management and services, with a strong focus on using technology, automation and AI to make fleet operations simpler and more efficient.
We are looking for a hands-on Product Lead to help us shape and build this next phase.
Your mission
You will work closely with the Founder, Operations and Engineering teams to:
Understand real customer and operational problems.
Translate insights into product opportunities.
Rethink workflows using technology, automation and AI.
Define and validate new product concepts.
Work closely with Engineering to bring them to market.
Learn continuously from customers and improve the product.
This is an opportunity to have direct influence on what we build, rather than working within a large product organization.
What we're looking for
Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis or a related role.
Strong curiosity about how businesses actually operate, particularly complex operational workflows
Demonstrated ability to uncover customer needs through interviews, observation and questioning, rather than relying only on stated feature requests.
Ability to understand and map as-is processes, identify pain points and exceptions, and translate them into opportunities for improvement.
Ability to challenge assumptions and ask "why?" until the underlying problem is understood.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Interest in using technology, automation and AI to redesign workflows, rather than simply digitising existing processes.
Experience in B2B SaaS, logistics, fleet management, fintech, ERP or other operational software is a strong advantage.
You don't need to be an AI engineer. We are looking for someone who understands technology and can identify where AI can create real customer and business value.
