Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a talented Product Manager who will take charge of the Krystal suite of products. This person will be reporting directly to Senior Product Manager or Head of Product manager and will be working very closely with the development team (Backend/Frontend/Mobiles/QA Engineers, Designers, SRE, etc.). An important aspect of this role will also be to collaborate with various cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business Development and Customer Support, etc.
The ideal Product Manager will assist in product development by identifying potential features; conduct market research; generate product requirements; determine product specifications; create product launch plans and assist in developing marketing strategies.
The Product Manager should be okay with ambiguity and be willing to get their hands dirty. This person needs to be comfortable communicating with teams in different geographies. Project management is also an extremely important part of this role.
Responsibilities:
Own several products through conception, requirements gathering, development, deployment and implementation
Own product specifications and requirements (PRD - Product Requirement Doc)
Appraise new product ideas and design changes when required
Work very closely with the development team to ensure that new product features, improvements and hot-fixes are delivered promptly
Ensure that the development team maintains a high standard of documentation
Work closely with marketing and business development teams to create go-live plans for products
Ensure that product launches are handled smoothly and any issues are resolved instantly
Determine customers' needs and desires by assisting with market research
Monitor the feature performance by tracking methods, to identify potential issues and improvements
Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
Provide information to management by preparing short-term and long-term product usage forecasts, reports, analyses.
Assist management team with the product roadmap and release plans for new product features
Actively contribute feedbacks to improve the development, PM flow & progress.

REQUIREMENTS
Must-have qualifications:
Previous experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner for 3 to 5 years
Strong belief & passionate for the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry
This is a fast-paced industry and experience working in dynamic organizations will be good
Extremely independent and proactive
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
Ability to work with frustrated devs :) seriously though, the ability to communicate with the development team and understand complicated technical aspects is key
Master/Bachelor degree of Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.
Preferred locations in Vietnam
Nice-to-have qualifications:
Experience in software development is a bonus
Experience working with blockchain companies, especially in the decentralized finance (DeFi) industry is preferred.
