The project is to work on our Internal Development Platform (IDP). The project is ongoing development and support for common tools, services, and infrastructure to support our broader MiTek offerings. The project includes software package development, CI/CD pipeline development, and development/enhancement of core microservices such as Authentication. It's a varied project depending on the needs of the broader business. The level of reuse from other teams varies from pulling the code packages to use in their project, all the way through to fully developing their project in the platform and making use of the full set of CI/CD pipelines, processes, and Azure resources.
Internal Development Platform Product Manager assists and collaborates with other product team members to understand customer needs and define requirements for MiTek software products in alignment with the product vision. You work with software
developers and SQA to identify solutions and ensure that targeted customer needs are met. You also provide technical support, guidance, and training on new features and functionalities.
Responsibilities:
Understands and captures the microservice platform.
Works with the software team to implement and maintain the MiTek Internal Development Platform
Build and automate infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
Collaborate with DevOps, Data, and Application teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions.
Actively manages a backlog for software products/projects
Effectively follows existing MiTek best practices in software development
Understands and leads software implementation practices

Bachelor's Related Field required
Additional certifications (
DevOps Engineer, Security Specialty, or Azure) are a plus.
3+ Years in cloud computing, system architecture, or infrastructure engineering.
3+ Years of experience working in a software development environment
3+ Years of experience with product management methodologies preferred,
Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation tools, and monitoring solutions (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.).
Experience in containerization, microservices, and infrastructure as code
Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
Fluent in English, particularly in verbal communication and active listening.
