ROLE OVERVIEW
Owns the results of a new team, taking the lead in discovering and articulating business-side challenges and connecting them clearly to the development team. Designs and operates an AI-first agile process and system development management approach, continuously improving both the team's output and its process.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own product discovery: identify user and business problems through research, data, and stakeholder conversations; translate insights into a prioritized roadmap
- Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, business impact) for features you ship; use data to decide what to build next
- Write clear product requirements and specs ; align Tech Lead and engineers on scope, priority, and trade-offs
- Make prioritization calls that balance roadmap initiatives against smaller issue and bug-fix work; be accountable for the reasoning behind every decision
- Partner with engineering to explore how AI agents and generative AI can enhance product workflows and user-facing features
- Run lightweight, AI-augmented product processes (research synthesis, requirement drafting, rapid prototyping); continuously refine how the team works
- Communicate roadmap progress, key decisions, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coach and empower the engineering team by fostering ownership, supporting professional growth, and removing blockers to maximize impact.
Your Skills and Experience
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Manager experience owning a roadmap end-to-end (not project coordination or delivery management)
- Track record of using data and user research to prioritize and validate product decisions
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications for development teams.
- Self-driven learner with the ability to independently explore, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Experience establishing, optimizing, and scaling software development processes and engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with AI-driven Agile development methodologies and the ability to continuously improve system development and delivery processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering experience (especially Vibe Coding / AI-assisted coding experience)
- English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment while managing changing priorities and delivering high-quality results.
