SCOPE OF WORK

Your responsibilities will focus on defining key criteria to validate product assumptions, ensuring alignment across teams, and assessing whether products meet defined completion standards at all product development stages:

• Directly facing external stakeholders to interpret and classify various types of requirements (FR, NFR, Operations Req., User Req,...), ensuring a structured approach to product definition that goes beyond happy paths to enhance product robustness.
• Ensure the product operates smoothly in three key dimensions (User-Operation-Technical) by various software testing activities (test planning, estimating, test script creation, defect creation/resolution, integration testing, regression testing,...)
• Oversee end-to-end product quality to meet predefined assumptions by:
  - Ensure that users, business logic and operational workflows are seamlessly implemented.
  - Validate technical integrations to ensure smooth system interactions without functional gaps
  - Identify edge cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of user interactions and system constraints.

Your Skills and Experience

As a Product Operations, we need the candidate's expertise in ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and seamless integration between business, technology, and user experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance or any other related scope of work.
• Proven experience in implementing end-to-end testing processes for software products, ensuring they meet design and functionality standards, prioritizing smooth user experiences and minimizing friction points
• Good understanding of business processes and workflows, with skills in structuring and detailing requirements that streamline operations.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skill to work in cross-functionally squads and partnering with business owner, ensuring product alignment and execution.
• Product mindset to navigate unclear product's requirements, high level concept and refine problem statements that align on business and user needs.
