As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a foundational role in optimizing our internal operations and data systems. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and validating high-quality data to support our business automation workflows. Acting as a critical link between operational reality and system efficiency, you will ensure high data precision and format consistency as we scale our tech-driven capabilities.
Key responsibilities
Collect, clean, and annotate operational data to support our internal automation pipelines.
Perform quality assurance on automated system outputs and flag anomalies or edge cases.
Manage structured data inputs for ad automation pipelines, ensuring format consistency.
Collaborate with Technical teams to refine data labeling guidelines and improve system efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain logs on data labeling throughput and model feedback accuracy.
